About the role

This permanent role offers a customer service focused professional the opportunity to work in this not-for-profit organisation that makes a meaningful difference to New Zealanders. In this role as Office Coordinator, you will provide administration, office, reception, property management, and IT support to the Greater Wellington Centre, and hubs enabling efficient operations.

In the Office Coordinator role, you will be supporting any property or maintenance requests, helping with staff on-boarding and off-boarding, ensure all event preparation is completed, and assist with any administration support that is required from all area hubs. Flexibility to travel to other hubs across the Greater Wellington area is also needed.
