About the role

This permanent role offers a customer service focused professional the opportunity to work in this not-for-profit organisation that makes a difference to New Zealanders. The role will encompass how efficient administration support services can be delivered to support service delivery; management of change; process against equity goals, and other organisational priorities.

As a Front of House Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for any enquiries including individuals coming into the offices. You will be in charge of ensuring everything is set up for the day, answering the phone, responding to emails, helping organise office supplies, and doing any other general administrative tasks required.
  

About you

Cancer Society are seeking a pro-active and empathetic individual to join their passionate organisation. To be successful in the role you will bring:

  • Prior experience in a Receptionist or Front of House role
  • A warm and approachable personality with strong communication skills
  • An ability to accurately input data
  • A team player who is willing to give a helping hand in any areas of the organisation
  • Comfortable being at the front desk throughout the day
