If you, or someone you know, has been diagnosed with cancer, the Cancer Society is here to help. We work in communities throughout the Bay of Plenty including Whakatāne and King Country.
How to connect with our services
Our services are available to anyone diagnosed with cancer, family/whānau. Please use the below form if you would like to refer yourself or refer someone else to our services.
You can also make a referral by ringing us on 0800 226 237. You do not need to be referred by a health professional.
One of our nurses will then contact you to talk about your individual needs and connect you with appropriate support services.
About us
We are part of the Waikato/Bay of Plenty Division of the Cancer Society. We also have office locations in Hamilton and Tauranga, and the Cancer Society's Lions Lodge for people who need to travel for treatment at Waikato Hospital.
The Cancer Society does not receive direct government funding. As a result, the Waikato and Bay of Plenty division do undertake door-to-door fundraising in our local communities.
